I'm really trying to learn and explore my options as I won't be putting my home up for sale for another 6 months and could easily take another 3 or more to sell.

I am looking to further expand our customer base. 

To expand on my previous post the key concept in wholesaling is "Equitable Interest".

These things can easily draw you into the drama and expand into a major issue in your life.

 (3000 units added in 2015 and 5000 units slated for 2016) Well, when they were built, they were built as condos and can easily be converted now that the housing stock is back to a reasonable level.  

I may also need help expanding windows for egress as well.Probably a bit too aggressive, but I'd like to get the work done in August (yes, this month!)

I am looking for other investors in the area to share ideas and to develop professional relationships with, as I transition back into and expand my expertise areas in real estate investing as a full time activity.Thank you for having me here on the site and may everyone prosper and be well.

This is something that could easily cause bad blood in the relationship and for me, that is just not worth it. 

If you've seen my face, shook my hand, seen my office, looked me up online, and can easily alter my credibility as a wholesaler in this industry with a simple click or post on any social media platform- chances are, I'm not going to put you into a bad deal or keep your earnest money, or walk away from closing or anything that could disrupt that status if I am insisting that you meet me at my office.
