Denver metro (Lakewood) Basement Remodel

Looking for assistance with a low cost basement remodel moving a 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom in a section 8 Duplex in Lakewood.  I need the following trades - tile, framing/drywall, painting, carpet install, maybe a little electrical.  I may also need help expanding windows for egress as well.

Probably a bit too aggressive, but I'd like to get the work done in August (yes, this month!)
