Real Estate is life changing.

Not anytime soon, or ever.

The SEC has changed the rules and most of them for the good but anytime you are looking at multifamily on a higher scale it is a good way to avoid a vacay at Coleman or Englewood Federal Correctional Facilities. 

In the short term the investment was not profitable, in the long run, appreciation and market changes gave me some moderate profit.

.) - if there was perfect information easily available to everyone - no individual mom and pop investor would ever have a chance at real estate investing returns at all...

I have a theory that once a small property management company exceeds a certain number of units they need to completely change their org to manage more units.

(DO NOT DO THIS NOW) but the difference in production when I changed out the sofa, linens and provided exterior amenities was drastic.

The owner generally has a few documents (change of owner and payee) to complete and then an annual inspection.

If it needs to be changed, I'll change it and if it needs to be deleted, I'll delete it and move on.One thing it won't be is flippant, emotionally charged, personal or attacking.
