By far the only reason I am still here is the rate of pay and the ability to save to enhance my position.

There was a negotiation done without my knowledge or participation between my property manager, title company, and a different contractor.

That income could have been reinvested in Capex further enhancing the property for tenants and increasing equity for the owner.

My concern is that I have no interest in actively participating in management or upkeep of the property and lack expertise in this space.  

I could see how the enhanced employment and stimulus checks of the $6T have increase demand but those are temporary measures that would lead me to believe rent will decline after it's over.
