It seems like there's a lot of funding companies promising to Fund 100% of your deals but they want your credit report, up front fees and a down payment, which contradicts they're engaging pitch of "100% financing, no credit score needed".Is there any company or investor out there that will help fund deals for new investors who have no money to put down or pay up front fees?

BK trustee isn't going to work with you. yes, BK trustee controls the asset but they will engage a realtor and sell it on the open market.To your question, no, while under BK only the trustee can order a sale and again, the trustee won't deal with you directly.
