Funding help for new investors

 It seems like there's a lot of funding companies promising to Fund 100% of your deals but they want your credit report, up front fees and a down payment, which contradicts they're engaging pitch of "100% financing, no credit score needed".

Is there any company or investor out there that will help fund deals for new investors who have no money to put down or pay up front fees?
