Raising money from investors is VERY easy if you know how to do it.

It's nowhere as easy as a residential loan.

I am willing to do YOUR legwork at no cost and follow rules to a T.

If you estimate the amount of that spending and divide it by 12, that is an easy amount to stay under market rent.  

There seems to be a lot of them and I guess I'm looking for one that is reliable, easy to work with and charges relatively low fees. 

With smaller warehouses, do you find them fairly easy to rent?
