Are there drug problems?

I've done it, more than once- usually a single woman on a lease and she has a boyfriend who has drugs, threatens violence, or doesn't get along with the neighbors...

., are generally not going to qualify for 1031 Exchange treatment unless you actually complete the project and then hold them for rental/investment purposes as opposed to held for sale.

I've heard and seen this all before regarding a certain type of treatment with women in some cases, in various circumstances.  

Pit bulls are used in search and rescue and as drug sniffing dogs.

I don't necessarily think you will be stuck paying for your neighbor's bill, although in the interest of being a good neighbor, you should certainly consider doing so, if the pest clearly originated in your place.I also think you should try to coordinate the treatments with your neighbor.  

This may be sidestepped by entering into a net lease with a lessee and then electing out of partnership tax treatment.

He may be in search of a unexperienced landlord to waive basic requirements just to repeatedly request special treatment.

Been listening to the podcast for a few months (it's like a highly addictive, dangerous drug -- that gives you all the energy and confidence in the world!)  

One lady has sold me several properties with this exact strategy because her adult daughter has had a history of drug problems throughout her life.
