Currently working a COVID testing job that is a 1099, so its been difficult trying to get a sweet deal on 30 year fixed rates besides going for hard money loans.I would appreciate any guidance and advice on how to get start to get my own primary residence to house hack and save up.I currently am rent hacking with some roommates and sibling.

Why was is so difficult for at least one doctor to tell me to stop exercising for a few days  because after I stopped exercising almost 100% of my pain is gone and I am only taking on of the 7 different medications I was prescribed and those medications may have already destroyed my organs.I wrote this for sympathy (not really).

It was extra difficult this year due to moving, selling houses, buying houses, starting the STRs, lots of remodel expenses (standard vs Cap) Gawd what a pain.

Who was the 3rd party that advised you it might be difficult? 

I will be somewhat tough if you don't buy soon as the holiday bookings will make it difficult to transition, get inspections and closing dates to coincide with very tight windows and also the possibility of cancelling existing reservations for people that have big holiday bookings.Depending on what type of property you are looking at will make big difference also.

Buying more than one BRRRR at a time is more difficult than buying more than one turnkey at once, but I’m sure the reward is worth it and you can expand so much faster.goodluck

I have searched through the city forums and have talked to the city hall officials; I'm finding it difficult to obtain an answer.
