I finally decided to join BiggerPockets after months of watching BP videos on YouTube and reading article after article from BP and many other sources.

I do have the rental income of all the properties but the valuation he provided didnt provide me with any details with how he got the price per square foot that he used.Is there something i'm missing?

I should have included more/better numbers or asked for feedback on the repair estimate, based on the videos.
