As for learning the neighborhoods, whenever I am scouting different zipcodes, I generally check three sources:www.city-data.comwww.areavibes.comwww.usa.comThey will show me everything from population growth, employment, crime, and any other demographic I am interested in.

The bill now goes to the Governor, who is expected to sign it.I also question the actual utility of intrastate crowdfunding (limiting deals to investors in one state kind of defeats the whole purpose of online crowdfunding), but I do think it's interesting how the political landscape has shifted over the past three years.

I have run across instances where I was not able to get the same price as the previous owner.Get the property contracts for laundry, landscaping, pool, and anything else they might be paying services for.Ask for a utility run or copies of the historical bills.
