So, they stopped that practice.It's a very fine line having unlicensed personnel handle showings - one slip of mentioning price, terms, qualification requirements, etc. is a violation.There will be a lot of "starving agents" this year with the slowing sales market, so you may be able to get some traction to have them do them for $50.
