I put on one roof, two complete HVAC systems, one set of gutters, one full kitchen redo, one minor kitchen remodel (floors, counters, hardware), 4 bathroom remodels, full floors in one house, and then the requisite painting, trim, etc everywhere.

She is still within the time limits set by the lease and as for the check clearing completely that is on the banking system not the tenant.

I believe there is a designation for "Highly Compensated Employees" (HCE) which allows my company to limit how much I can contribute in order for my company to meet certain rules set by the IRS that are necessary for the company to even offer a 401k.
