Like others have said make sure the numbers nake sense but also be creative about how you can set up a deal so you can get the deal.

As far as I know, series LLCs have never really been tested in court so it is still somewhat unclear on how they will hold up but the idea was that each would be completely separate.Important note: In Texas, you have to set up your LLC as a series when you do your initial filing.

Set everything up on 10 year mortgages.

I would set up with an attorney.

I don’t want to make the mistake of setting up an LLC or S-Corp too late and running into problems, but I don’t want to deal with fees and a ton of paperwork for a business that isn’t creating income yet.
