Do any of you guys see a role for any local real estate groups/gatherings of investors or do you think its best to stay with national web based platforms?

You could have as well crossed I 35 and found something in Tech ridge area.

It links all calendars across all platforms in really time, so there is never any double bookings between AirBNB, Homeaway, booking, VRBO, travelocity, expedia, etc.

You can literally find the answer to ANY question within minutes on this platform. 

Hello All, I'm practicing running the numbers on Multi-Families so that when I cross a good deal I'm able to analyze it quickly and efficiently.

I was able to do this for about 6 months with about 3 deals per month. it was good side money for no real work.I have been thinking about starting this up again but really have no idea what platform to use now. is anyone currently doing this?

We have a sales contract from a wholesaler that we've crossed out and added to, so it matches the agreement we have.

You'll start exploring and learning the platform.

If you've got a timeshare already and you're looking to monetize it, I'd look into other options like exchanges or platforms designed for timeshares.  

I know I could probably just check the box on some of the opportunities that are out there under 506(b) and never get caught which has crossed my mind but I figured I would't want someone doing that to my deal and possibly putting it at risk.
