I am not a fan of these investments, and have posted some critical thoughts on this niche. 

Sealing those corners becomes critical when we talk about some of the greenboard shower installations that are still going in.

Numbers are nice, but I am much more interested in optimizing the facets of the business, automating, best practices, keeping costs low, getting guests longterm in the door and converting to direct book, creating stunning spaces, dealing with risk, etc.

However, I believe people are not talking about the Rich Dad Poor Dad Book, I believe they are criticizing the Rich Dad Education and in this thread, the Rich Dad (Real Estate Success Software).

I hired my critical thinking and an investigative mind to assist me getting through to the head of the fish & my findings were discouraging. 

Ramsey espouses are universal so yes.... managing money and consumer debt are critical to success no matter what you do.  

It was critical for me when I started out.

Having proper systems in place to insure the books and records are accurate are critical.   

But, back then, I only had 5 years of data.This is why it is critical he explain his business model because an analysis model had better damn well be built to support a business model.
