@Sacha Rady, unfortunately, the city is cracking down on non-owner-occupied STRs.

Go to NETWORK at the top of your screen and you can search for other investors and investment groups in your area.

I know there is a lot more that goes into it (calculating expenses and doing due diligence) but I am just screening with the tools on BP. 

I don't think there would be a need for the government to start cracking down on fees or business closures.

We are very diligent about screening tenants and very proactive with evictions if something happens because we don't want to go 3-4 months without payment as that would completely eliminate the profit.

Also, as we were clearing out the finished basement, using ”finished” loosely, the wall coverings hid a structural crack around the entire foundation.
