The materials are all lower-end consumer-grade, e.g. cheap laminate, painted panelling, etc.

I think the wait and see is the way to go since there isn't much support for doing otherwise.

Being that they are investors and want you to make your payment, they understand that the cashflow has to support the payment.

Is there a source where you can find support (Cleaners/co-hosts etc) for STR's.
