Cost to take away exposed air duct

We purchased a condo with industrial style and there is one exposed air duct in the living room. We believe the duct is an extension of air vent and can be removed without structural issues. Can anyone advise the cost of removing such duct (about 2-3 meter long), together with the removal of the hooks to support the duct in the ceiling, as well as to close off the vent at the cut off place? Thanks in advance.
