Hi Friends,Has anybody purchased a turn-key storage facility with management in place?

I'm wondering if anyone on BP has recent experience (last couple years) with a Spartan Invest turn-key property purchase. 

The project life cycle to the end will cost at least 22k or more, even on small deals of purchases prices under 100k.

Is your new property tax based on the assessed value of the home or the price you purchased it for at the auction?

@Amanda Scheller Since you are able to house hack with as little as 3.5% to 5% down one suggestion would be to buy your first place in San Diego and hold on to the 4plex....If after your first purchase you feel good/confident about going to the next purchase, at that point you can consider selling the 4plex to purchase your second property in San Diego.  

Hello, new to this, and attempting my first purchase.

Purchase price: $149,500 Cash invested: $3,000 Condo in St.

As you can tell, this is a very big step for me and is quite nerve racking trying to make my first purchase as smooth as possible.

Purchase price: $355,000 Cash invested: $25,000 Contributors: Lyra Dominguez House with guest house.
