Allegheny County has pretty good and up-to-date information but Greene County doesn’t like to share the data in a digital format so you need to call them. 

I personally invest in Green Valley, Inspirada, and Anthem.

We are also getting a 15-year property tax abatement, which requires us to be Enterprise Green Communities certified.
