Can anyone tell me  if the colors of the crime map in trulia are reliable

Well, I've decided I'm ready to leave my daughter starting the beginning of 2016, so I paid for my classes this morning and by 3:30 I had completed ALL of Principles of Real Estate 1 and passed the practice exam and final exam with flying colors. 

I think no sign is better than those LED signs that go on the fritz with part of the display showing random colors where the owners keep running them for months on end without fixing.

I have experimented with putting similar data (all tax sale properties) in google earth so I can quickly view by region, with color coded pins to represent the amount of improvement on lots, etc.
