One had a chronic leak in the bathtub and they told the tenants, no problem, it would cost more to replace the main shut off valve on the building since it doesn't work and the extra water charge is cheaper- WHAT>  cost me $345 to correct the problem, I'm sure the owner paid much more in water bills and how could they ever solve other water issues in the building?

In my personal home the floor drops by over 2” in the living room but there are no cracks in the walls or doors that do not shut to indicate any problems with the foundation which I also had looked at when I bought the place for just that reason Different areas different criteria.
