It's insane to see the growth in attendees at our church from the first week of January to the first week of February.

@Carlos PtriawanIt's needed because there are always those that play not so nice and gang up on others to shut them out.

One had a chronic leak in the bathtub and they told the tenants, no problem, it would cost more to replace the main shut off valve on the building since it doesn't work and the extra water charge is cheaper- WHAT>  cost me $345 to correct the problem, I'm sure the owner paid much more in water bills and how could they ever solve other water issues in the building? 

But not before he threatened to shut us down & force evictions then he called weekly for updates & inconvenient meetings on the compliance issues. 

Likewise, it maybe dangerous to start an STR in Louisville ATM because you may be shut down IMO.

In my personal home the floor drops by over 2” in the living room but there are no cracks in the walls or doors that do not shut to indicate any problems with the foundation which I also had looked at when I bought the place for just that reason Different areas different criteria.

Years on the job is not the same thing as HONEST, and also ALL the bells and whistles on the business card is not necessarily HONEST, being a member of your church is not necessarily HONEST, being the Top Listing Agent is not necessarily Honest!
