I may be educating myself and preparing, but I want to be more deliberate and purposeful, not spinning my wheels like Chicken Little.3.

Any idea's where the problem lies? 

I can't lie as I would move to the state of Texas in a second. 

(I have seen these many times just made of plywood, chicken wire, and a lock!)

They will do what suits them…What’s worse is the fact that listing agents were going around talking people into short sale, convincing them that it won’t affect their credit as bad as a foreclosure (simply lying) to get the listings.

I asked judge for proof of payment and he flat out lied that he paid cash.

Then they contracted a 3rd party adjuster that has been nothing short of terrible. 0 communication and many lies along the way. 

Also, the PM either lost or lied about having his social security number and I would think it is necessary to have that.

Not justifying lying or fraud.
