Bigger Pockets Calculator Help

Hi!

I'm trying to use the Bigger Pockets Calculator for the first time. I have some small multi family that I'm trying to practice evaluating because that's where I want to invest. Is there someone that can help me fill in and read these reports. I did one and I feel like I did it very wrong because the report looks like the property would make more money than when I do the math elsewhere. I'm suddenly second guessing and forgetting everything I've ever listened to on the podcast and feeling like a dufuss!! LOL! Anyway, any help would be appreciated to fill out my first one, understand how to read it and then I can practice from there! Thanks so much.

To better help you, you can share your BP calculations or save as pdf and post it.

Otherwise here in Ohio I typically would have the following expenses.

Property Taxes, Local Municipality fee for rental property, Electricity, Gas, Water/Sewer, Trash, Property Insurance, Landscape/Grass Mowing, Property Management, Repair Budget, CapEx Budget.

Let me know how I can best help.
