https://www.housinglink.org/SubsidizedHousing/Proj...Good luck.thanks for this link. this describes what i am talking about. but for some reason, i can't find reference to it on the official hud.gov website.and the local office, again all these workers know is that there are 5 complexes here and to get section 8 for house/apartment other than those run by the complexes, renters apply for gov assistance and get a voucher/certificate to take to SFR/duplex/non-projects/etc...again, they know THEIR part in the machine, but not much else.

BTW to become a ''certified inspector'', at least in MN, you need to complete 3 days course and you will get an inspector's certificate :-)I would not execute a contract with an investor-buyers if they had an inspection contingency in the PA.

People who can't or won't pay their property taxes typically doesn't have money to hire an attorney to contest a tax deed.When the Life tenant dies the remainderman becomes the owner of the property if they present the deed and death certificate to the court or Register of deeds.I was initially worried of these but I saw the pros buying these so I asked one of them about these.

Is there a way one can purchase a tax deed certificate or something along those lines even though the county isn't moving forward in the foreclosure?
