Property Management Course/Class

Hey everyone! For some context- I have my Arkansas and texas real estate license and moving back to Arkansas in a couple months. I have a couple family members/friends asking me if i would like to manage their rental properties when i move back..which I 100% want to! My plan is to start a property management business in NW Arkansas. My question is- what are some good classes or courses that would be beneficial to take? Thanks so much! :)
