How can I coordinate with insurance and restoration companies from abroad?

Here is my situation:I started a landscaping/ lawn care business 7 years ago and just sold it because me and my wife want to move to Jacksonville Florida with our kids.

Secondly, who cares what the ownership splits are if the gain can't be realized because the values are propped up/can't meet projections, the sponsor cannot execute on the business plan or the fee structure severely eats into the distributable cash when the realization event actually occurs.

There's one house titled to Rad Diversified REIT Inc and it was nominally transferred from an affiliate company for $1.

Thomas Good to know that , now I need to know how I find those wholesale who sell those buyer list for lands  Check Meetup.com for wholesaler Meetups, Call "Bandit Signs" - Those signs on the side of the road that say "Fix N Flip for Sale, Call This Number" as those are Wholesalers building their buyers list, Google "Wholesalers in Florida" and call those companies, and just start looking for them.

Things have changed with my family and I now have the time I need to become financially  independent and take care of retirement before it hits me in the face. 

We have a collection company selected.

Just talk to a competent title company or attorney it should be really easy and low stress.
