I use the rods as I fear without curtain rods they'll be a tenant standing on a rickety chair hanging curtains by pounding nails in the framework to hold these in place (the ONE house I did not add these the tenant use thumb tacks; I guess she didn't own a hammer).Gail

Kids need cash.Otherwise hang out at the Home Depot when it opens, that works sometimes.  

This way if 1 guy leaves the other dude hanging, he'll have to cover 2.5 months rent which is about 5 months of 1 guys rent anyways, therefore giving the other guy time to get out/find a roommate.

@David Rawlsdepends on where you hang your license. if you are hanging it with a broker, it's up to your office.

I'm licensed here in Arizona and I'm wondering if anyone knows any great brokers that I might be able to hang my license with?

I hate "unnecessary" debt such as car loans, student loans, credit card debt, etc so I wanted to get rid of it ASAP and not have it "hang over me."  

If I know what people are looking for, I may also offer to run some analyses on deals for other investors to capture while I am still getting the hang of this. 

Hey Neil, I'm currently a newbie in the Kissimmee area and I was wondering whenever you come down to hang or check on your properties if you'd allow me to take you to eat lunch and perhaps give me a few tips and advice and possibly even help me get my first investment property.

They read, they study, they listen to podcasts, they read some more, they attend meetups, they hang out online. . .a year later they are book smart but still haven't done a deal.
