I know I didwhen I was one of the larger buyers in the pDX metro. area so the bigger players we just kick butt on the beginners because our information is real time and free and better.

When the market softens and you start losing equity and those rentals really become negative you will be kicking yourself in the butt!

Depending on your end game- rental -flip - hold, for rentals- I get 12x12 granite tiles (under 5 bucks each) butt them together and trim it with 2" wood that matches either the granite or the cabinets.

It may be you have an annual number plugged into a monthly number.

This year, I am working on taking better care of myself, getting better rest and eating better.Bonus points if you have a life partner or other roommate type person who will cook for you, bring you tea, remind you to take a break and keep the kids/pets/bill collectors off your butt.

That's a giant pain in the butt.
