Hi ,when buying your investment property, do you put your LLC business code under real estate or property management?

@Adam M.Is Kevin a drug dealer or involved in some other type of shady business?

If I sell, I could use the cash from the sale of this home to get my business really going and even buy multiple STR permissable properties.

Also want to point out that big losses, year after year, can have the IRS saying our business is just a hobby…businesses are meant to make money every so often.  

with such a high mortgage rate, it is very hard to find cash flowing investment even at 40percent down. everyone makes it sound so easy to find something with cashflow, but its not.There are cashflowing properties all over AL, GA, MO, OH, MD, PA - we're funding $30 mil a month and 50%-60% of our business is rental loans.
