Find someone doing deals, find them props, learn save then go on your own.

Also I am learning about Arbitraging.

I've grown to learn what to do, how to do it properly, and continually educate myself to do better on the next deal.

It’s the beginning of my journey and will be looking to learn and implement how to build a portfolio of long term rentals. 

I'm learning to be very data driven and have been doing my research/market analysis trying to narrow down where I want to invest.

The thing is that I am a Marketing major student as of now, but my big realization began last year when I realize that marketing is definitely not my passion, and that I wanted to dedicate myself to something I really loved and liked doing for as long as I worked, I saw real estate as a great option for me and I’ve been trying to learn about the market and about the business itself.
