If we weren't so weather dependent here it would likely be all M2M.And I absolutely agree that a tenant wanting to leave will often burn you without hesitation, it's just nice to occasionally be able to burn them back by keeping them on the hook for rent through the end of the term.

I recently came to the conclusion that I personally need to take at least 1 day off on the weekend to regroup and spend quality time with the fam cause if you don't you will absolute burn yourself out and not to mention more importantly be missing out on aspects of your families lives!
