Newbie from Augusta, Ga

Hi everyone.  I am Brian Wallace and I currently live in Augusta Ga. I have been watching bigger pockets podcast on YouTube. I have finally decided to take action after years of just reading different publications about real estate.  my main interest right now is wholesaling. I want to use whole sailing as a vehicle to pay down my debts and and eventually buy and hold properties for passive income.

I was introduce to the concept of wholesaling real estate e few years ago by one of my college teammates. I have witnessed how this has paid off for him. Now I have a burning desire to do the same.

I am currently employed as a Machine Technician at Bridgestone Americas Tire operations. I am not looking to quit my regular. I however am ready get this ball rolling.
