Since we cannot earn active income but can build an LLC, you must have people work for your airbnb (ie. property manager) for it to be considered as passive income; that you are just the owner and investor.

What they do differently is find off-market deals through various lead sources they created over time, and they're supposed to send them your way according to your criteria.As you continue to work with them, you'll build a relationship with them, and they'll send you these leads before everyone else.

Just wondering if you guys have any references for a good place to get started building a website?

This would be our first new build and require rezoning approvals.
