Glad I never bothered putting my condos under LLC's, as now they are poison for CA landlords- SFH’s and condos are not impacted by this legislation, as long as they’re not owned by a reit, Corp or under an LLC.

I'm in the process of doing it myself because I want to have credit lines that don't impact my credit based on credit utilization and hard inquiries. 

Some of those items are a little less severe with multi families I would believe but I think you will still see similar impact.
