Ugly because the listing agent did not supply the documents and information we had requested in the inspection resolution, and when I called to ask for them and tell her we would not be closing until we had received them, she unleashed a torrent of venom on me, accusing me of being unethical, not acting in good faith, threatening to report me to the board, etc.In her defense, we had asked for them to be provided at closing, but it was an hour before, and she still had not provided them.

I have a short goal of 4 years where I may want to sell the property/properties and help my kids with college, or I may not have to.So I ran the #s, by investing in the 5 properties after 4 years I would have made about $100K more than if I would have bought 1 house in cash.
