Eventually they gave up and left.Given that I only have one direct neighbor, who seems like a chill guy who wouldn't steal someones phone, with other structures at least a solid 70+ feet away and most 200+ feet, I can't help but think that maybe there is a phone buried in the house somewhere that the shady dry wall crew somehow got their hands on!

Not sure where you got that last property or what is was worth before prices declined, but I seriously doubt anything is going to be selling for 50k here ever again, let alone 1 acre properties with homes on them.What blows my mind is the price per unit in Phoenix for apartment communities relative to the median house price.
