Help others help you by doing your own homework, taking a journal and listening to every podcast on BP and others like it; reading blogs; asking specific questions that take industry leaders very little time to answer.

There's a lot written about that topic on the wegowise website blog. 

Another great place is to look around the blogs, forums and listen to the podcasts.
