I`ve heard some say that I have to live in it for a year otherwise I`ll be taxed at a higher than normal rate.My goal is to build and sell and repeat until I`m a squillionaire :)I just moved here from Ireland and am a complete beginner to real estate and tax law here.

I am new to this but is it one of those thing you just have to get your feet wet. I am trying to educate myself from many cites and people but it seems like you have to learn as you go. I have yet to go to a realtors ...

Anyone have experience in owning and renting mobile homes, and  any advice for a beginner?
