Xsitepro just makes it easier to market online period, due to tools and features of the program.The other programs do not come with these tools period, if there are I have not run across it yet.Wordpress is a great tool, and free but does come with a price, it is simple as it is technical.

This would seem so much easier than getting the Sellers to sign over a Power of Attorney, the method I have seen most people use.The above example does not have the transaction funding fees, but feel it increases your liability.Would my assumption be correct?
