There are meet-ups in Camp Hill, 2 in Harrisburg, Lancaster, York 2 in Reading and Lebanon, plus other ones that I have not been to. 

I even have a "good" warrant being held by the NYC Marshall office but the New York City courts are still not allowing Marshall's or Sheriffs to serve warrants of eviction.

At my family's building, we also have cameras recording the sidewalk around the building (corner property) and archive the video for 3 years. 3 years is the statute of limitations for personal injury claims in New York.
