Hey BP,This is my first post out to the forum, I am a beginner multi family landlord/ investor who is looking to buy out of the state I am currently living in (New York) and my question is what are the best ways to invest out of state?

I am located in New York and am also trying to start my REI journey by wholesaling.

Will consolidating work even though 1 property is in New York?

When I look back at some of the low cost loans we bought in California and New York City, I only wish we bought more!

I am Sharon Jacas, of New York, and I've have also been investing with Beckstone Partners Notes under 3 different entities. 

I have looked on both the internet and the BP Events page for REIA's near York, PA and have had little success.
