I haven't had good experiences with the home warranty companies myself, just not worth it to me.I used to stress when someone called me with an issue too, so I get it.

However, this is not specific legal advice to you, just an opinion based on the circumstances described.If one is transferring property title from your personal name, a Grant/Warranty Deed would be drafted/recorded to transfer title.

My question is for those people that chose to join the Big Dog program - do you feel the resources and services are worth the price? 

Then if the numbers look good there, then I'll decide if it's worth it to pull actual comps from Price Labs. 

This market will continue it's record growth in large part to several business and industry titans making NWA it's HQ.Criteria at the moment is SFH (2/2-3/2) and town homes (heavy +55 community).
