I was curious if any BP members have a home on the coast that they put into AIR B nB specifically Seaside Or.I have a new build there that has a fabulous view.. its 3 bed 3 bath brand new construction upgraded granite appliances etc.. huge Deck with 300 degree views  including Tillamook Head.. and ABOVE the Tsunami zone.Just curious about what one could expect for rent per night ... or per week... and if you have success in Seaside in particular its a hoping place in the summer that's for sure.

We had to wait a week for the house to air out before doing the cleanout.

As soon as the gentleman checked in to the Vacation rental he called us and mentioned there was a weird smell in the air and he could not remain in the property.

Whether open or closed, ventilation and proper air circulation would be highly desired and could potentially increases rent charges and also saving yourself from grease stained walls. 

I used to get more bookings through AIR, now it's the majority VRBO.......

I can see it’s from some time back but if you ever need an air conditioning evaluation on a property your looking at let me know, as I have experience in the field.

I can tell you that this works well in B class suburbs of Kansas City - Overland Park, Blue Springs, Lee's Summit and C areas - Independence, Raytown, Belton, Grandview.
