I can honestly say I enjoy my job and don't plan on leaving it in the near future so this will be a side/retirement income generator for the time being but I'm all about opportunity so if I end up having a knack for this I can definitely see pursuing it more aggressively.I guess I'm reaching out to try and get in touch with investors in my area.

Theres a certain type of mentality in todays younger female  generation that is very disturbing.  

Meaning you have your own solar or generator, water collection, and use a compost toilet?

Bottom line tho- you need to become a master a generating your own deals.

In most cases you can generate $100 more a month for this amenity which makes it fairly easy to pay for the machine in a short period of time.

Have your follow up campaigns dialed up before generating any leads from anybody.  

I think our generation has a different view of work / life balance.  

It seems like the assumption in that book is that you can 1) buy a 4-plex for $100k (with a 20% discount at 80k) and b) you can generate $800/mo in cash flow.
