Any recommendations from personal experience?

I don't ask for SSN and also personally have never provided/been pressured to provide them myself when I used to rent, and honestly don't want to open up liability for having to keep someone's SSN either.

I personally believe it's smart to get ahead of the curve of this trend before ADU's become more of the norm in AZ.

For reference, my tours of a single family home usually encompass 200-300 photos.

I have used them plenty of times for my personal LLCs. 

Also worth taking a look at cities and metros in person, although the flight and hotel/air bnb can add up, you can generally write those costs off, and in general getting on the ground and feeling the energy of a city or market can tell you a lot about the intangibles there.  

I have 12-doors there personally and it's a great cash flow market with tons of BRRRR potential.That said, given your age, are you sure this is the right path for you currently?
