My experience in life is when everyone is on board and understands their scope of work, when there are realistic milestones and goals in place, everyone becomes motivated and encouraged about success.  

Then, when you feel a little better, take small doses of motivational speakers.

I just wanted to share my story with you all in hopes that you can find some motivation in it and to encourage everyone to put in the work to make your dreams a reality.

Then we leverage our strengths to benefit each deal.I know that if you are motivated and I teach you how to be a great bird dog, wholesaler or investor, that you will bring your potential deals to me first. 

As always, reccomendations from corporations will typically be profit-motivated, while reccomendations from friends, family, and other investors will typically be genuine and should be given much more weight. 

@Greg Scott, they don't have to go through public records, most are buying lists because they tend to be cleaner and it is easier to segment for the types of property and equity they want.This is why I recommend owner occupied motivated segments.
