I've heard Larry Goins pitch his system where everything is hands off, but everyone I know who does wholesaling is actually out in the field doing deals.I don't know who Larry Goins or any of the other gurus mentioned earlier are, but--like Michael and Jovan--I do my deals the method Michael described almost verbatim.
