If you're looking for places that don't need much work at that range, you might also want to consider Norwood (but far enough away from Bond Hill and North Avondale, south or around St Rt 562).As far as what else you need to know, I think it just comes down to getting more of your team together and asking more questions on BP!

The cash flow you collect each month can give you a decent rate of return, and in many cases better than most other investments out there (i.e. stocks, bonds, and mutual funds).Also, don't get hung up on the "50% rule" and "2% rule" because that does not work the same in all markets.
